Very unique-looking serial-numbered xxxx authentic stock certiciate for 500 shares of the O.E. Miller Hernia Treatment Co. of Chicago. Includes gleaming large gold seal embossed with the name of the Company in lower left corner beneath a side-portait of a young man with hideous lamb chop sideburns and wearing a suit and tie. Certificate signed by Company President O.E. Miller in lower right corner. Printed by the Denver Litho Co., Denver CO.
Backside contains pre-printed boilerplate language to accomodate prospective transfer of certificate ownership.
Excellent condition on paper still crisply fresh and well-preserved. No rips or tears whatsover. Measures 6 3/4 X 10 1/2 inches. Suitable for framing, especially for a waiting room in any doctor's office.
