1930 Photo - 1430 N. Dearborn Parkway (Gold Coast) in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

Actually the black-and-white photo is undated, but the automobiles parked in front of the house are not modern enough to be xxxx's vintage, so I safely presume this photo is from xxxx to xxxx, say xxxx. Photo is genuine and not a print.
Photo depicts a five-story building occupying xxxx N. Dearborn Parkway, located one block south of the Latin School and one block north plus one-half block west of the Playboy Mansion (xxxx N. State Parkway).
Building's design features three arched passage ways set consecutively to access a non-enclosed front porch leading into the front entrance. Two trees in front of the building are bare, and the ground has a thin snow cover, but the street has zero snow cover. Three vintage automobiles are visible directly in front of the building.

I bought a new premium silver chrome frame specifically for this classic photo, which explains why the price is higher. The frame costs $38, but I paid half price one day after Christmas. The frame has a red velvet backside with a swing arm that allows you to display the picture on a shelf or coffee table as well as on a wall. The frame also has arched borders for a more formal look.
Photo is in Excellent condition except for two hole punches near the top edge. Measures 8 X 10 inches and sold with premium frame, so overall dimensions are larger when considering frame.
