Set of 4 antique rattan stools / chairs need TLC in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

I have a set of 4 antique rattan stools for sale. They have backrest and cushion seats. The rattan is aged. Some of the ties are loose or worn and some of the rattans have come apart. Some seats are not attached and they can use some cleaning. However, the stools are sturdy. These chairs worth over $1,000 if they are in great shape but because of the condition I'm asking $100 for them. The measurement from the bottom to the top of the seat is about 23" and 35" to the top of the back rest.
