Cherry Wood Dining Table and Matching China Cabinet in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

Dining Table:
Attractive cherry wood table includes two leaves to extend table length, custom table pads, lace tablecloth and four matching chairs.
I attached pictures that depict the table without the two extension pieces which would make the table even longer for a large dinner crowd. The extension pieces insert at each end and NOT in the middle. A dual railing device underneath the table permits the ends to pull-out so that the extension pieces may be inserted and the table squeezed back together.
Basic table is 70 1/2 X 40 inches, and extension pieces add another 24 1/2 inches for total of 95 X 40 inches with extension pieces.
I arrived at $475 price as follows: Figure $130 for the set of four chairs, $75 for the custom pad (which is quite expensive if bought brand new) and $20 for the beautiful lace tablecloth, $250 for the table plus the two extension pieces. I also include custom table pads specifically for the extension pieces.
All items are very lightly used and in Excellent condition. The only flaws are that the custom table pad has one noticeable wrinkly spot where a glass of water spilled on it and one of the leaves has a scratch on it which could be touched-up.
China Cabinet:
The matching china cabinet made of beautiful cherry wood contains two windowed shelves with lattice design at higher levels plus a large platform shelf at waist-high level. Size is spacious 76" high X 54" wide. Pristine Like-New condition. No scratches or flaws. I attached pictures. $375 price.
