Cherry Wood Table and Four Chairs Set w/ Custom Pad in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

Attractive cherry wood table along with two leaves to extend table length. Includes custom table pads, lace tablecloth and four matching chairs. All items very lightly used and in great condition, except the custom table pad has one noticeable wrinkly spot where a glass of water spilled on it. Also one of the leaves has a scratch on it which could be touched-up.
The pics below depict the table without the two extension pieces which would make the table even longer for a large dinner crowd. The extension pieces insert at each end and NOT in the middle. A dual railing device underneath the table permits the ends to pull-out so that the extension pieces may be inserted and the table squeezed back together.
Basic table is 70 1/2 X 40 inches, and extension pieces add another 24 1/2 inches for total of 95 X 40 inches with extension pieces. Of the pictures attached to my ad, the darker wood pictures best depict the actual table color; a couple pictures seem like lighter color wood due to prevailing lighting conditions.
A good deal? If you figure $130 for the set of four chairs, $75 for the custom pad (which is quite expensive if bought brand new) and $20 for the beautiful lace tablecloth, then that figures the table plus the two extension pieces cost $250. Reasonable considering that I DO include custon table pads for the extension pieces and the Excellent pristine condition of the overall table. Cash only please.
