ROLE
Be the go-to person for equipment calibrations and lead development of calibration procedures
Key player in achieving optimum performance levels by creating and implementing maintenance programs
Provide leadership and input to quality engineers regarding major equipment purchases
Maintain necessary equipment documentation and vendor related info
Repair and purchase parts as necessary
TARGET BACKGROUND
Instrument calibration experience
Bachelors degree is ideal, especially in fields of Engineering, Chemistry, Math, Stats, Metrology, or Physics
Industry background which includes food manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical ingredients or pharmaceutical products
HPLC and GC
Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and similar
