It's my job to inspire, teach and guide you to the best of my ability. I teach all ages and levels of experience. I'm a fundamentals kind of guy. As my student you will learn the seven tools I have focused on in my musical career:

Improvisation
All of these elements are used for one purpose...to play music! It doesn’t matter what level you are, these concepts will help you move in any direction as a drummer.

Lessons are held in my studio in Mundelein, however lessons via Skype are also an option. If a student would like lessons at their home, an additional charge may be applied based on distance.
WHY TAKE LESSONS FROM ME?
I have been playing, teaching and recording professionally since xxxx. I've toured Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean and the US and play a variety of styles including Jazz, Pop, Funk, Hip-Hop, Break-Beat, Reggae, African, Afro-Cuban and Brazilian music. I've toured with a wide range of groups and artists such as Joan Almedilla (lead singer of Les Miserable, and Miss Saigon), Butta (Rock Steady Crews B-Boy Band), Jesca Hoop (Columbia Records) and most notably, 4 years of touring with Epic recording Artist Matisyahu; I'm featured on Matisyahu’s 3 albums, “Youth”, “Live at Stubbs” and “Shake off the Dust”, and one DVD, “No Place To Be.” I'm currently an active duty sailor in the U.S. Navy as a musician.
