Keyboardist Wanted For Established Band in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

Established band seeks experienced/pro keyboardist fluent in blues, light jazz and pop. Must be capable of playing 3 sounds: acoustic piano, Rhodes and Hammond organ. We also do a bunch of originals that I'd guess you'd categorize as 'bluesy-folkie-pop'. I'm looking for a person with a good work ethic as far as learning material, attending rehearsals and arrangement development. Some of our gigs are mostly straight blues, but others require us to play jazzier stuff, and on some gigs we play a little bit of everything. Not looking for a 'classic rock' player. I'm also not that interested in using Chicago players. We're in the far north suburbs and proximity makes a difference. I've tried using players from the city and it makes things harder. Plus, in this economy, I can't always get $100 a man. In many cases, I've had to settle for $80 a man, just to keep the gigs coming. The instrumenttion will be keys, bass, drums and guitar/vocals. If you can sing BU, that would be awesome, but not mandatory.
Please don't waste my time if your skills don't match up to this criteria. We are older players who have been around and neeed someone with strong chops, knowledge of jazz chord voicings, etc.

If you are a younger player and want to learn a few things from some old farts, that's cool...just be prepared to work hard on these arrangements....
