Takamine F340 for sale in Chicago, Illinois For Sale

I am selling my Takamine F340 Dreadnaught. This is a discontinued model but not to be confused with the late xxxx's models which are valued higher because of the lawsuit against Takamine by Martin. This guitar was made in xxxx. I purchased it in xxxx. I am the first and only owner of this guitar. The guitar has been very well taken care of. There is one battle scar on the purfling on the guitar where the back and the sides meet on the lower bout. This blemish does not affect the sound of the guitar.
The top is Laminated Spruce.
Mahogany back and sides.
Rosewood fingerboard.
Nickel plated tuners.
For the new owner... I just put new strings on last week. I cleaned the body with a 3 step cleaner, protectant carnauba (made for guitars), and a finish polishing (also made specifically for guitars). I also polished the frets with legit fret polishing paper and treated the neck with lemon oil.
Of all of my guitars. The neck on this one is the least temperamental. It requires nearly no adjustment seasonally. Please call or email if interested.
