Administrative/Customer Service - Client Support and Excel Report Specialists - MULTIPLE OPENINGS Schaumburg Area (Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL) Our client, a leading provider of health and wellness services, has three immediate openings for individuals who LOVE working with Excel to be trained as Client Support and Excel Report Specialists. The salary starts between $15.00 and $17.00 per hour plus, once trained, you will have many opportunities for growth. You will be trained to handle requests for reports and learn to pull information and other data from multiple internal sources and create both standard and custom (ad hoc) reports in Excel for internal users and clients, as needed. Your duties will include: Learning the services of the company Taking 'tickets' (requests for reports) from various departments within the company (Marketing, Sales, Management, Operations) Pulling data from multiple databases and sources Generating regular and special reports mostly in Excel, but also using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat/Reader products (for PDF creation and editing) Reviewing reports for accuracy against the original order tickets Working closely with external clients to understand their unique reporting needs Creating in-depth regular and ad hoc reports for external clients upon request Understanding and clarifying the reporting needs of internal departments and external clients Ensuring that all orders/reports meet HIPAA guidelines Looking for ways to improve and streamline the ordering and reporting process for internal and external requests The skills and experience required for this position include: A two or four year degree in any major* A friendly, helpful manner Good communication skills Advanced Excel skills (working with dual screens, importing/exporting, pivot tables) One year of experience with data entry into Excel, order entry into Excel or creating reports of any type in Excel Intermediate to advanced Word skills Any amount of experience creating Adobe Acrobat or Reader (working with PDF files) with and without graphics Meticulous attention to detail *If you have any amount of college but no degree and have the other necessary skills and qualifications needed for the position, please apply!
