Job Description:Our Client located in Downtown Chicago is in need of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The company is a professional services firm who needs a well spoken, experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a temporary to hire basis. This Accounts Receivable Specialist will be working with a very collaborative that will play a crucila role in developing their new team memeber team. The ideal caniddate will have an intermediate Excel Skill set, have worked with complex aging reports and is familiar with ERP software.Role and Responsibilities: Perform soft collections on past due commercial accounts via phone and email Process invoices daily into ERP system and apply cash to appropriate accounts Reconcile and analyze A/R aging reports Process payments via ACH, Wire transfers, credit cards, and checks on a daily basis Research accounts and payments for any discrepancies Assist in special projects and analysis as needed Job Requirements:?
