SUMMARY: This role is responsible for supporting Ventivs HR department in the areas of recruitment, HRIS management, policy administration, performance management, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, employee relations, reward and recognition program administration, training and development, records management, and providing support to the Global Director of Human Resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting (heavy emphasis on talent acquisition)
:Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate scheduling, reviewing applications, interview planning, candidate review and prescreening, travel arrangements, and working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner
:Responsible for managing Greenhouse Recruitment tool, job boards and job postings
:Coordinating new hire packets and pre:employment screenings
:Facilitate new employee onboarding including new hire entry into HRIS system, new hire orientation, HR portal training, and new hire benefits enrollment
HR Administration and Payroll
:Provide administrative support to the HR department including but not limited to benefits administration and open enrollment, timely response to employee inquiries and liaising with various vendors and brokers to ensure superior service.
:Work with marketing team to establish and maintain employee communications including newsletter, HR portal updates, weekly email updates and special announcements by collecting the appropriate information and disseminating in a timely manner
:Serve as backup for US semi:monthly and International monthly payroll processing
HRIS and Reporting
:Work with ADP Workforce Now HRIS System
:Manage HR modules within the HRIS system to include performance management, benefits, recruitment and the learning management system.
:HRIS database administration, maintenance
:Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
:Provide monthly reports to finance for invoice reconciliation
:Provide monthly reports to benefits broker for medical invoicing
:Send monthly employee new hire and term report to finance, information security compliance and corporate technology
:Update US and international employee data in HR portal
:Other duties as assigned to support company and Human Resources initiatives
Organizational Development
:Work with HR Director and management team to understand and analyze the needs of the business; assist in the design and delivery of impactful, practical human resources solutions to improve organization effectiveness
:Identifies and makes recommendations to address issues that affect the overall health of the organizations culture, including employee engagement, morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
:Coordinates and help conducts annual employee engagement survey data collection, analysis and reporting (research, surveys, meetings, focus groups)
:Work with Director of Human Resources to assess and identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training initiatives. Includes but is not limited to annual compliance training, leadership development and soft skills training.
EDUCATION
:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology
:Masters degree preferred
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
:4+ years supporting HR department required
:3+ years full life cycle recruiting required
:2+ years working with ADP WorkforceNow HRIS system preferred
:Effective research skills with a demonstrated ability quantitative assessment techniques in analyzing HR:related data
:Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function both independently and as a team player
:Must be detail orientated
:Experience with ADP Payroll, ATS System, HRIS System is a plus
