The objective is to prepare leaders and employees to meet enterprise and line of business strategic goals by effectively facilitating BMO Financial Group courses and programs. Key Accountabilities: Deliver facilitated learning to BMO Enterprise leaders and employees. Programs and courses range from Sales and Service – Customer Conversations – to Leadership Development. Authorities: Authority to provide input on course design from a delivery standpoint using the unit's formal feedback mechanism. Scope and Impact: Leadership Development – Facilitate development of BMO leaders in coaching; and line of business skills in order to ensure a consistent employee experience. Employee development – Facilitate development of BMO Employees in line of business skills order to ensure a consistent customer experience. Cross Functional Relationships: Work with IFL Instructional designers to consult on course design from a facilitators point of view. Interact with Lines of Business to ensure currency of Line of Business knowledge. Skill: Facilitation skills. This involves facilitating a discussion which achieves learning objectives rather than teaching content. Experience: Facilitating adult learning in a business environment. BMO Branch Experience: FSM; Branch Manager; HQ are all relevant. Education and Training: Business diploma or degree. (Bachelor of Arts; Bachelor of Education; Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration; Masters of Education; Masters of Business Administration are all relevant to the role.)
