Aren't you tired of dealing with management companies and their (lack of) service? Well, I am trying to sign a lease for an amazing 3BR2BTH apartment to share with one or two people. The total rent is $xxxx.00 which includes heat, new kitchen, new bathroom, hot water, free laundry, and a garage spot for an additional fee of $150.00. It is located on Magnolia + Devon. It's (actually) steps away from the Loyola L stop and right on the Devon, between Sheridan and Clark. The apartment is within a two-flat building and is on the the top floor. The first floor tenants own the building and are looking to find some non-college (well, obnoxious college-acting) tenants to take the top apartment. This apartment has a HUGE front porch walkout and a smaller back porch walkout. Did I mention free laundry in the basement? Who I am? I am a 23 year old visual artist + musician. I work full time at a digital printing shop as well as run a multi purpose gallery in Pilsen. I keep to myself when I need to, but I also love to explore new and exciting parts of the city (when I have time...).
