Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator you will function as a Collegiate Scout - we will train you to provide preliminary scouting assessments using proprietary technology and a proven process. You will talk to families who have been through one of our educational programs. You will be trained to become a recruiting expert and your goal will be to evaluate their progress, provide recruiting education, and schedule evaluations for your Head Scout. Collegiate Scouts are paired with a Head Scout who will mentor you throughout your training process and career.Manage a “recruiting list” of potential college prospects to identify those who might have the ability to play collegiately
Conduct initial research on each athlete
Conduct initial academic/athletic phone assessments with parents of student-athletes
Team up with a Head Scout and maintain a full calendar for him/her
Responsible for following up with families who need to reschedule their appointments
Call families who are enrolled to check-in and ensure their recruiting process is going smoothly
Communicate with parents over the phone 3 hours/day
Stay up to date with NCAA rules and regulations
Former or current high school/college athletes with 0-3 years of experience or coaches with an interest in sales are encouraged to apply!
