Rough Itinerary: Fri Depart Rolling Meadows at 7am and Hodgkins by 8am. Plenty of Blackhawk & Sports DVD's along the way. Arrive at the Hotel around 2pm. We will rest for an hour then you have the option to head out for a Bus Tour at 3pm. The Horseshoe at Ohio State - Perhaps the Short North Arts District, a funky neighborhood filled with art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and bars - Jack Nicklaus Museum - Lunch and Beers at the Claddaugh Irish Pub in the Brewery District - Eddie George's Grille 27 - you decide - we will have a couple drop off spots. Friday Night in Columbus - stay out late and enjoy!! End up at the Arena District with 13 Patios & 18 Bars!!
Sat We will check out of the Hotel at 9:30am and head towards the Arena. We will get our Game Faces on with a Tailgate Party from 10 - 1pm. Game starts at 2pm. Plenty of time for pictures, Souvenirs and settle in for Blackhawk ROAD Hockey!! We will head for home about 45 minutes after the Game, arriving in the Chicago area around 2am. Sleeping, a couple Movies, and Sitcoms along the way.
