Operations Manager directs the operations ofpersonnel to achieve set targets and objectives. Manager shall ensureclean andsafe operations to meet service standards. Operations Managershall maintain goodcourteous relations with customers and ensure that subordinate staffdo the same. Assists in developing training and motivation programs. Operations Manager is responsible to coordinate the maintenance of various equipment with the maintenance manager. Provides direct supervision of warehouse personnel. Strong knowledge of OSHA,HAZMAT, DOT. 2+ years Manhattan WMS Software experience required. 2+ years Apparel distribution experience. Good Skills with MS Suite.
